** Credit Card Payments – We utilise the PayPal platform to process credit card transactions securely.
Important Note! You do NOT NEED a PayPal account to use your credit card on our website. When directed to the payment options go to the bottom of the page where you are give the option to
“Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card” and click it. You now have the option to fill in your credit card details without needing a PayPal account. [see photo below]
1. Prices
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars. For countries outside of NZ the payment will be shown in your local currency on your bank statement.
2. Delivery and freight
Shipping costs are calculated when you place a completed order and before you submit any payment details. The freight costs are based on the “Ship to” address for the order.
3. Returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your order, please return to us within 15 working days of receipt of goods. Please note, payment for and risk of returning goods is your responsibility.
Steelbacknymph.com will happily offer an exchange or credit provided that goods are returned in their original condition.
4. Cancellation of order
You may cancel your order up to the point of despatch, and we will refund you within 30 days. If your order has already been dispatched to you, you can return it to steelbacknymph.com at your cost (see Returns Policy above).
5. Availability
Steel back nymphs are tied to order on a first in first served basis.
You will be notified of the anticipated production time after payment has been made.
6. Privacy and Personal Information
Any personal information provided by you to steelbacknymph.com will only ever be used for the purposes for which it was provided (ie to process your order) and, from time to time, to keep you up to date with any relevant steelbacknymph.com news or promotions. Your personal details will only ever be disclosed to relevant organisations who provide steelbacknymph.com with professional advice such as accountants, solicitors or business advisors.
